"November 30, 2006 I arrived at Bigsky harley in Great Falls Montana at about 3:30 p.m. after driving nearly 600 miles from Utah. I was met at the door by Tony. I wish all harley dealers were this great. I immediately felt like I was home. I had been working on the purchase of my New 2007 Blackcherry Road King Classic with Tony and the staff at Bigsky just over the phone for the week before. I wasn't scheduled to pick up my bike until the next day but I was totally amazed when Tony said it was all ready to go. I had ordered a few new accessories to be added to my bike also and again I was amazed they were installed and ready to go a day early. Tony introduced me around to everyone in clothing, parts, service and financing. They are without question the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered at any dealership I have been in. All dealers in Utah, and surrounding areas should take a lesson in customer service from all departments at BigSky harley in great falls MT. They beat the prices of all my local dealers in Utah on everything from the Bike to the Clothing and Accessories. I can not believe any one in the market for a Bike or harley parts and clothing doesn't contact BigSky harley. I know I am a dedicated customer from now on and would make the drive again for that quality of service.

"I had a great time coming into your dealership. Dave and Ross were great salesmen. I've known Dave for a long time through the Air Force. He took me bike by bike and explained each one. I did not buy right then but kept coming back to look and ride. That’s when I met Ross. He took me for a ride every time I came in. He showed the bikes and kept saying lets ride. So we did. "I was able to negotiate my offer for my new 06 FLHXI with John and Dave over the phone. We agreed on a price and then ran my credit to see if I could get great financing. Within minutes I got the rate I wanted and locked the deal all by phone. After a sleepless night I drove into the dealership to find the bike clean and ready to ride home. The whole thing took less than an hour and was actually fun with no surprises like extra charges not revealed earlier etc. The bike was prepared beautifully and everything was organized perfectly. Tera's professionalism and efficient purchase processing was flawless and her smile was nice too! After I got home John called to see how the ride went going home.
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest no hassle experience!"

"I worked with Tony on the phone and over the net, he went the extra mile getting me the information I needed to make the decission to purchase my 89'Springer Softail. He was totally honest in his description of the bike and seemed to know exactly what my concerns were. I ask him, "Tony, if I travel 500 miles to see this bike, will I want it?", Tony said that "You will love it, I promise" and he was right. I will definately consider making the 1000 mile round trip to Big Sky Harley-Davidson the next time I'm in the market for a bike.
Tara in financing was great to work with and Tony got me a good rate on insurance.
My experience at Big Sky Harley-Davidson a very pleasurable experience, they all treated my wife, myself and everyone we saw enter the store like valued customers, a thing that is too rare anymore.
